March 2025 Year on Year (YoY) inflation in Penajam Paser Utara Regency was 1,19 percent

In March 2025, PPU Regency experienced y-on-y inflation of 1.19 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.03. The y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices indicated by an increase in the expenditure group index, namely: food, beverage, tobacco group by 3.23 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.17 percent; household equipment, tools, routine maintenance group by 0.96; health group by 2.96; transportation group by 0.49 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 4.57; education group by 1.21 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 1.76 percent; and personal care and other services group by 3.25 percent. Meanwhile, the expenditure groups that experienced a decrease in the index were: housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group by 4.42 percent; and information, communication, and financial services group by 0.74 percent. The m-to-m inflation rate and y-to-d inflation rate of PPU Regency in March 2025 were 2.19 percent and 1.10 percent, respectively.
