Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who received services from the Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit of BPS Penajam Paser Utara Regency from 1 January – 30 September 2024. In general, the aim of implementing the 2024 SKD is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and information statistics. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis regarding consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2024 SKD results is PST BPS Penajam Paser Utara Regency.
