Economy of Penajam Paser Utara According to the Business Field 2020

·         The economy of Penajam Paser Utara in 2020 as measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRP) according to industry at current process reached Rp 9,05 trillion and at constant prices reached Rp 6,06 trillion.

 

·         The economy of Penajam Paser Utara in 2020 has decreased by minus 2,34 percent from 2019.

 

·         Based on production side, the economic downturn is caused by contraction in several industries, including the main industry. The industry that has experienced a strong contraction is manufacturing. Meanwhile, the industry that has experienced the highest growth is Electricity and Gas.

 

·         The economic structure of Penajam Paser Utara in 2020 is still dominated by Mining and Quarrying; Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; and Manufacturing.
