Abstract

  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2020 reached 61.25 percent, this figure has increased by 10.41 points compared to the TPK of January 2020.The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in February 2020 reaches 1.51 days.
  • The average length of stay of foreign guests reaches 2.46 days while the average length of stay of archipelago guests reaches 1.50 days.
  • The number of foreign tourist arrivals in February 2020 was 162 visits.
  • Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting Kalimantan Timur  in the period January 2020 - February 2020 reached 366 visits.
  • The number of domestic air transport passengers departed in February 2020 was 230.74 thousand people, up 0.21 percent compared to January 2020. The number of passengers heading overseas (international) fell 23.25 percent to 1.93 thousand people.
  • The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in February 2020 was recorded at 19.76 thousand people, down 38.05 percent compared to January 2020.
